Spin Cycle Laundromat's Terms of Use & Services

Introduction

Effective Date:  June 1, 2026

These Terms of Use & Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spin Cycle Laundromat website and laundry services offered by Spin Cycle Laundromat (“Spin Cycle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including self-service laundry, Wash & Fold, drop-off laundry, pickup and delivery, and other related services.

By using our website, placing an order, dropping off laundry, scheduling a pickup or delivery, purchasing laundry services, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Laundry Services

Spin Cycle Laundromat may provide self-service laundry, Wash & Fold, drop-off laundry, pickup and delivery, commercial laundry, specialty-item cleaning, and other laundry-related services.

Services, prices, operating hours, service areas, turnaround times, promotions, and availability may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to refuse any item or order that we reasonably determine cannot be safely or properly processed.

2. Wash & Fold Service

Customers using Wash & Fold authorize Spin Cycle to wash, dry, and fold their laundry using commercially reasonable laundry-care practices.

Unless special instructions are accepted by us before processing, Spin Cycle may determine appropriate washing and drying methods based on the items presented.

Customers are responsible for informing our staff of any items requiring special care before the laundry is accepted for processing.

We do not guarantee removal of every stain, odor, pet hair, discoloration, or other condition.

3. Customer Responsibility for Garments

Before submitting laundry, customers are responsible for:

  • Checking and emptying all pockets.
  • Removing money, jewelry, electronics, keys, medications, documents, and other valuables.
  • Identifying delicate, specialty, expensive, or irreplaceable items.
  • Providing accurate care instructions when special handling is required.
  • Informing us of items that may bleed, shrink, tear, melt, transfer color, or otherwise require special treatment.
  • Ensuring items submitted for service are suitable for commercial laundering.

Spin Cycle is not responsible for items left inside pockets or mixed into laundry without our knowledge, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

4. Normal Risks of Laundering

Laundry processing naturally involves certain risks.

Even when reasonable care is used, garments and textiles may experience shrinkage, fading, color bleeding, loss of buttons or decorations, deterioration of elastic, damage to zippers, weakened seams, or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or manufacturer defects.

Spin Cycle does not guarantee that garments will remain in their original condition after laundering.

5. Stains and Pre-Existing Damage

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to clean items submitted to us, but stain removal is not guaranteed.

Certain stains, odors, dyes, chemicals, adhesives, oils, inks, cosmetics, pet-related contamination, and other substances may be permanent or may become more visible after cleaning.

Spin Cycle is not responsible for pre-existing wear, tears, holes, weakened fabrics, manufacturer defects, improperly secured decorations, or damage resulting from inaccurate or missing care instructions.

6. Prohibited and Hazardous Items

Customers must not knowingly place hazardous or unsafe materials into Spin Cycle equipment or submit them for Wash & Fold service.

Prohibited items include materials contaminated with gasoline, fuel, solvents, flammable liquids, hazardous chemicals, toxic substances, excessive grease or oil, biohazardous materials, or other substances that could damage equipment, endanger employees or customers, contaminate other laundry, or create a fire or safety hazard.

We may refuse such items and may stop processing an order if hazardous materials are discovered.

Customers may be responsible for damage or reasonable cleanup costs caused by prohibited materials they knowingly or negligently submit, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items

Spin Cycle takes reasonable precautions when handling customer laundry. However, customers should not submit jewelry, cash, electronics, collectibles, sentimental items, luxury goods, or other irreplaceable property with ordinary laundry.

Any claim involving allegedly lost, missing, or damaged laundry should be reported to Spin Cycle as soon as reasonably possible after the order is returned.

We may request the original item, photographs, purchase information, proof of ownership, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate a claim.

Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

8. Pickup and Delivery

Customers requesting pickup or delivery are responsible for providing accurate addresses, telephone numbers, access instructions, and other information reasonably necessary to complete service.

Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless Spin Cycle expressly guarantees a particular time in writing.

Weather, traffic, staffing, equipment issues, customer availability, order volume, or other circumstances may affect pickup, processing, and delivery times.

Laundry left at a customer's requested location may be subject to risks outside Spin Cycle's control after delivery has been completed.

9. Turnaround Times

Same-day, next-day, or other turnaround times advertised by Spin Cycle are subject to applicable cutoff times, order size, item type, staffing, equipment availability, and other operating conditions.

Specialty items, heavily soiled laundry, unusually large orders, or items requiring additional treatment may require additional processing time.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet quoted turnaround times but cannot guarantee completion times when delays result from circumstances reasonably outside our control.

10. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is displayed at the store, on our website, through our ordering system, or otherwise communicated when service is purchased.

Prices may vary based on service type, laundry weight, specialty items, additional treatments, delivery requirements, minimum-order requirements, or other disclosed charges.

Applicable taxes and authorized fees may be added when required.

Payment may be processed through Spin Cycle or a third-party payment provider.

11. Refunds and Service Issues

If you believe there is a problem with your laundry service, contact Spin Cycle promptly so we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

Refunds, credits, re-cleaning, or other remedies may be provided when appropriate based on the circumstances of the particular order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right required by applicable law.

12. Unclaimed Laundry

Customers are responsible for retrieving completed laundry within a reasonable period after being notified that it is ready.

Laundry that remains unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable Ohio law.

Spin Cycle may establish and post reasonable storage or abandoned-property procedures.

13. Self-Service Equipment

Customers using self-service washers, dryers, carts, folding tables, kiosks, and other equipment are responsible for following posted instructions and using equipment only for its intended purpose.

Customers should inspect machines before use and promptly notify an attendant of any apparent malfunction, leak, unusual condition, or safety concern.

Do not attempt to repair, open, alter, bypass, or tamper with Spin Cycle equipment.

14. Children and Customer Safety

Children must be appropriately supervised while on Spin Cycle premises.

Running, climbing on machines or carts, entering laundry equipment, or other unsafe activity is prohibited.

Customers are responsible for following posted safety instructions and reasonable directions from Spin Cycle personnel.

15. Website Use

The Spin Cycle website is provided to supply information about our locations, services, pricing, promotions, scheduling, and related services.

You may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website; attempt unauthorized access to systems or information; introduce malicious software; scrape or exploit the website in violation of applicable law; or use the website for unlawful purposes.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Spin Cycle's names, logos, graphics, photographs, website content, designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Spin Cycle and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to users merely by accessing our website.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website or services may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, scheduling providers, mapping services, delivery systems, social-media platforms, or other websites.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Spin Cycle is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services except as required by applicable law.

18. Communications

When you voluntarily provide a telephone number or email address in connection with an order or service request, you authorize Spin Cycle to contact you regarding that transaction, including pickup and delivery information, order status, service questions, payment issues, and other service-related communications.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any consent requirements that apply.

19. Promotions

Promotional offers, discount codes, loyalty incentives, and special pricing may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchases, or other restrictions disclosed with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Spin Cycle may modify or discontinue promotions prospectively, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to customers.

20. Disclaimer

Spin Cycle will use reasonable care in providing its services.

Except for warranties or obligations that cannot legally be excluded, services and website content are otherwise provided without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated by Spin Cycle.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim warranties, duties, or consumer protections that cannot legally be disclaimed under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spin Cycle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or laundry services when such damages may lawfully be excluded.

Any limitation or exclusion contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Spin Cycle harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful conduct, intentional misuse of our website or equipment, submission of prohibited or hazardous materials, or material violation of these Terms.

23. Privacy

Information collected through our website and services is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Customers should review the Spin Cycle Laundromat Privacy Policy for additional information concerning collection and use of personal information.

24. Changes to These Terms

Spin Cycle may revise these Terms periodically.

When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law.

Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law controls.

Any dispute regarding these Terms will be handled in an appropriate court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, service-specific terms, posted policies, and terms disclosed when an order is placed, constitute the applicable agreement regarding use of Spin Cycle's website and services.
